  6. Take a multivitamin that contains folic acid and other B vitamins.
  7. Get loads of iron, ideally from egg yolks, legumes, raisins
  8. Avoid sodas and other carbonated drinks
  9. If you are overweight, attempt to lose at least 10% of your weight.
